Crain’s Cleveland published their Wealth Management Firms list on May 13, 2024. True Wealth Design is honored to be on the list and to have had a 12-month growth rate of over 30% — only one of three wealth managers on the list.
About True Wealth
Catering to successful business owners and families who seek an integrated approach to their financial and business planning, tax and accounting, investment management, and estate needs, the mission of True Wealth Design is simple: Help clients live better lives with help from smarter financial planning.
Managing more than $600 million (as of 3/1/24), tending to hundreds of tax returns, and facilitating dozens of estate plans yearly, all in concert with clients’ financial life plans, partner Tyler Emrick, CFA, CFP® says, “We commonly find others charging similar or higher fees for asset management or low-level planning services only. Here they get a lot more. We are happy to be both a high-quality and high-value choice. We would not have achieved this growth without happy clients recommending our services to others.” (See our NPS Score here.)
While we are excited about the growth, we are more excited about what that means, says the firm’s Managing Partner, Kevin Kroskey, CFP®, MBA.
This growth allows us to reinvest in our team continually, the services we provide, and the value we deliver to our clients. Great people want opportunities for personal growth. And clients deserve us to continually improve and provide an even more significant, positive impact on their lives. Thus, this growth is a fortuitous cycle. All stakeholders benefit, including our local communities.

Methodology:
Per Crain’s: “The list consists of registered investment advisers (RIAs). AUM stands for ‘assets under management.” ADV assets represent total regulatory AUM as of December 31, 2023. Information is provided by the companies.” The list ranks the largest local RIAs based on regulatory AUM. The growth rates measures the one-year change in AUM.
