We have partnered with a Medicare specialist to offer a complimentary review of your existing Medicare plans to ensure you have the most suitable plan and make the most of your healthcare dollars.**
As your Annual Notice of Change arrives in your mailbox, you may have questions about those changes. Or perhaps you aren’t sure if your Medicare plan is still meeting your needs. Your prescription drugs may have changed, and your Drug Plan may not be as suitable as it once was. These items and other questions can be addressed during the complimentary review.
Appointments can be held over the web or in person at our main office on the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, November 8 – 8:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm
- Tuesday, November 14 – 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm
- Thursday, November 16 – 8:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm

Please be sure to bring the following items with you to the appointment:
- Annual Notice of Change
- Medicare card
- Insurance card showing exact drug plan, advantage plan, or supplemental plan
- List of medications showing type, dosage, and frequency
If you are a client who is within a few months of the Medicare-eligible age of 65 and would like information about Medicare, you are welcome to utilize this service as well.
