We are pleased to announce that True Wealth Design (True Wealth) has partnered with Donovan, Klimczak & Company CPAs (DKC) by merging DKC’s Hudson Ohio location (former DKC-Warfield and Company) to expand True Wealth’s Accounting & Tax division. The merger is effective November 1, 2023. DKC will continue to operate its other locations independently.
The financial and tax landscape constantly evolves, and we must continually adapt. By merging, we are combining expertise and adding significant resources to navigate these changes. Clients will benefit from a deeper professional team, enhanced services, and a personal but modern, tech-enabled client service experience.
The Hudson team will continue to serve clients without interruption. The Hudson office location and phone numbers will also be maintained. DKC will send final invoices for any amounts outstanding for work performed before November 1, 2023. Invoices for work performed on or after this date will come from True Wealth.

Over the years, I found that larger CPA firms were often overcharging and underserving successful but “small” business owners, being assigned a junior-level person and received junior-level advice, if any. And there are many smaller CPA firms that always seem to be playing catch-up, lacking the resources and reinvestment needed to provide high-quality, proactive advice and great service.
As True Wealth grew over the years and our own financial and tax complexity significantly increased, I became acutely aware of the lack of coordination and missing proactive advice from my professional service providers. Luckily, I had the aptitude and determination to navigate these complexities. There’s clearly a better way.
True Wealth’s Accounting and Tax services will be aimed at meeting the needs of these successful, underserved businesses. Yes, we will provide high-quality tax services. However, we will aim higher to be our client’s financial easy button for accounting and advisory services as well.
