Aaron Seil, CFA®

Aaron was born and raised in Westlake, Ohio, and attended Ohio Wesleyan University. After working in New York City for two years, he returned to the Cleveland area to pursue his MBA from Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Finance. Aaron has been working in the investment advisory business since 2003. He lives in Hudson, Ohio with his wife, daughter, and a standard poodle.

How would you describe yourself in one sentence?
I am a critical thinker and a hard worker with an easy-going personality.

What is something most don’t know about you?
I sailed competitively in high school and college.

What do you do in your free time?
I am usually hanging out with my family, playing soccer with my daughter, or working on a project around the house.

What are your wardrobe constants?
Anything I can get dirty while working on a project or fixing something.

What is something interesting someone has said about you?
Someone told me they thought I should sell (and people might buy) some of my woodworking projects.

What are you proud of?
Professionally, I am proud of obtaining my MBA and becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Personally, I am proud of being an involved and engaged father to my daughter.
